At Gola Sweetgrass, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handmade sandals. If your sandals need attention, we're happy to help restore them.

What We Repair

We offer complimentary repairs for the following:

• Sweetgrass ornament repair
• Strap replacement

Eligibility

Repairs are available for Gola Sweetgrass sandals purchased within the last 12 months. To be eligible, sandals must be in their original handcrafted condition and purchased directly through our store.

The following are not eligible for repair:

• Sandals made by participants during a Gola Sweetgrass workshop
• Sandals that have been heavily modified after purchase

Cost

Eligible repairs are complimentary — there is no charge for the repair itself.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping sandals to us.
• Gola Sweetgrass will cover the cost of return shipping once the repair is complete.

Please package your sandals carefully to avoid damage in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to us.

Turnaround Time

Please allow up to 60 days for your repair to be completed once we receive your sandals.
